ProMedica’s Former Adm. Director of Finance Diane Blake to Lead Client Development and Services.

Credit Adjustments, Inc. (CAI), a values-led, family-owned call center and receivables management company, has announced the hiring of Diane Blake as Vice President of Client Services. In her new role, she will be responsible for all client relationship development and customer relations efforts with a focus on improving the total customer experience. Diane brings to her team an understanding of multiple layers of communications in her role with large physician groups as the Administrative Director of Finance for ProMedica Physicians.

Diane grew up in Bryan, OH, and has lived in the Northwest Ohio area all of her life. Diane and her husband, Bruce, of 32 years have three children: Christy (Manual) Johnson, Melanie (Doug) Nelson and Ben Blake. She also has 3 grandchildren with another one on the way.
