At Credit Adjustments, Inc. (CAI), making a difference in the communities we serve is the foundation of everything we do, which is why we want to highlight some of our employees’ passions and missions. This year, we asked a few CAI representatives to share how they work to make a difference outside of their jobs. Here’s what they said:
Lisa Bloomfield
Meeting Needs and Filling Gaps
As the President of Credit Adjustments, Inc., Lisa Bloomfield works closely with employee relations, ensuring staff members feel valued and seen. This passion for service is what motivates Lisa outside her job, too. She wants to make a difference in the little details of everyday life for the people around her.
“I want to give people the hand-up they need to succeed—whether that’s through budgeting, new-mom support, or even public education,” says Lisa. “At the end of the day, I want to enrich lives and exemplify kindness to everyone I meet.”
Lisa believes she’s on earth for something bigger than herself, so she strives to connect with others and fill gaps that no one else is filling. Through her involvement in various local non-profits, Lisa is dedicated to bringing hope to people facing hard times.
“When I’ve felt a void in my own life, I’ve always noticed the people who did—or didn’t—help me,” Lisa explains. “I realized I wanted to be the person who always helped, regardless of the circumstances.”
